Because of a complicated travel schedule as well as having our primary residence on the West Coast, we needed to see our prospective property in the dead of winter. The road was impassable, so Brooks arranged for members of the local snowmobile club to transport us into the property, where we were greeted by breathtaking views over a pristine snowscape. Brooks ended up selling us that property. He did so by putting together the purchase of two adjacent parcels, which allowed us to extinguish an unwanted surface right of way. One was for sale, the other was not, but Brooks tracked down the owner who was wintering in Central America and persuaded him to sell at a fair price to all.  Brooks found us an attorney to represent us during the title search and closing process. After the sale was complete and his commission collected, instead of disappearing in search of the next transaction, Brooks initiated the search for our caretaker. He also referred us to our surveyor, water resources consultant, and forestry management firm. When it came time to update the house, he referred us to our builder, with whom we have now done 4 projects on the property. Needless to say, we could not be happier with our relationship with Brooks Barron Real Estate!”
