One of the oldest homes in lovely Rochester Village, the Old Mabel Guernsey Place has just been completely renovated into three charming suites. In keeping with the building’s fin-a-siècle charm, the interiors have been tastefully furnished using period antiques and oriental carpets. Each suite features a fully-equipped kitchen.

Located on the second floor, Suite Three features an intimate living room, an over-sized king bedroom, a sunny enclosed porch, ¾ bath and attached garage. All three suites have private outside entrances.

Set well back from the State Highway, the Old Mabel Guernsey Place faces Rochester’s immaculately-kept four acre Park, with views of the bandstand and beautiful 19th Century homes, with Hawk Mountain and the Green Mountain National Forest as backdrop.The Huntington House Inn, with fine dining and a tavern, is a short stroll away, as are all the amenities of this postcard perfect Vermont town. Within minutes residents can enjoy numerous winter and summer recreational activities...fishing in the White River, biking and hiking in the Green Mountain National Forest, swimming and boating on Lake Dunmore, skiing at Sugarbush, Killington, Middlebury College Snow Bowl and golfing on many nearby courses.
